Incomplete returns can effect the amount of your refund. Call for a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) before you ship the item back. Display the RAN# prominently on the outside of the box this will avoid a delay of your refund. DVR Warranty All warranty's and refunds are subject to these regulations and restrictions placed by the manufacturer.
