Hard Disk Drives Engineered For Video Surveillance Recording
We feature the latest Seagate SV Hard Drives (now with storage sizes up to 1 TeraByte) with SATA II interfaces operating at 3GB/s interface speed at 7200 RPM with up to 32MB of memory buffer designed specifically for intense Audio Video operations. New technologies such as perpendicular recording technology (on 500GB or bigger hard drives), NCQ and low power consumption are some of the features used in RAID-5 based systems with Multi-Terabyte configurations customized for your needs. The SATA II specification doubles bus bandwidth from 1.5Gb/s to 3Gb/s. Native Command Queuing is a new specification that enables out-of-order execution of commands for efficient retrieval of data.
