Security-camera-world.com  will replace any defective equipment within 30 days of the purchase. After that period the manufacturer's warranty will be in effect

Our Products come with different warrantees, be sure which type of warranty you have on your product so you know which procedure to follow.  If you are un-sure of which warranty you may have you can write us at Warranty@Security-Camera-World.com The different types of warrantees are outlined below.  

30 Day = if your product is defective we will replace it, if you are not happy with your product you can return it pre-paid shipping for a refund,  less the amount the original shipping cost.  After 30 days  the manufacturer's warranty will be in effect and you may return your product directly to the manufacture.  Most products have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted.

One Year =If your product is defective,  we will replace or repair it for a period of one year. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it within the first 30 days for a refund.  You must pre-paid shipping.  We will refund  your original cost less the amount the original shipping cost.  

In both cases  products must be returned in their original packaging with all the accessories, power supplies and manuals. Incomplete returns can effect the amount of your refund.

Call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before you ship the item back. Display the RA# prominently on the outside of the box this will avoid a delay of your refund.

 

                                DVR Warranty 

This is DEALERPRODUCTSITEs DVR (Digital Video Recorder) Warranty.

All our DVR's are Warranted for one year after you receive your product.


7 Business Day Money Back guarantee, if you are not happy with your product
you can return it for a refund, less the amount of the original shipping

90 Day Replacement for new, If your product is defective in the first 90
Days, we will replace it for new.

One Year Warranty, If your product is defective we will replace or repair it
for a period of one year, .

All warranty's and refunds are subject to these regulations and
restrictions.
You must send the product back via pre-paid shipping (we do not refund
shipping cost, However, we will return your product free ground shipping to
you).

Your warranty will be evaluated and your product will be shipped for return
or repair or replacement within 5 business days

In the event your model is no longer or temporally unavailable, you will be
offered an upgrade to a new or current model.
The value or your defective model will be based on the current selling price
of similar models . You will only have to pay the difference to upgrade to
a different model

If your product is replaced, the warranty of the original purchased item is
in effect for the replaced item. The replaced item does not add additional
warranty time on to your warranty period .

When your item is returned, our technicians will confirm and evaluate the
nature of the defective product. Please make sure you provide a written
explanation of the failure. If after the technicians evaluates the returned
product and it is to determined not to be defective, we will return the
original product to you via ground shipping AT YOUR COST FOR SHIPPING.

You must provide a copy of your original sales receipt indicating date of
purchases.

Products must be returned in their original packaging with all the

Exclusions to the Warranty. This Warranty is excluded or voided in the
event of, external or internal Physical damage . Damage in transportation
( a claim should be filed with the shipping company) Damage due to Power
surges, lighting or improper power supply requirements. Damage due to
improper use, Damage due to rain, flooding improper environmental
requirements.

This warranty is specific to Digital Video Recorders and supersedes all
other warrantees whether implied or written.
