Note: 802.3s working distance is 100 meters. PoE cameras are 802.3af Class 3 rated and can guarantee to receive power from 6.96 ~ 12.96 Watts. 100 meters is guaranteed if the cameras are connected to 802.3af Class 3 rated PoE injector, mid-span or network switch. If you need to extend the run above 100 meters, what you need to do is to use a normal network switch first and add one every 100 meters; use a PoE network switch finally within 100 meters of the IP cameras.
