WARRANTIES

The warranties for the products purchased from Access Computing are provided by the manufacturer. As a service to its customers, Access Computing may administer the individual manufacturer’s warranty. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges.

This may include the return of defective product for exchange OR the forwarding of a defective product to the proper manufacturer’s Warranty Repair Center.

 

SYSTEM CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Depending on the status of the PC in the build process, a cancellation fee of 10% - 15% will apply to cover labor fees and other charges incurred by Access Computing. Unopened system returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

DOA/Defective product can be returned for credit or replacement depending on the manufacturer. Defective product MUST be returned complete. This includes proper secondary packaging and all original materials: carton, manuals, cables, etc. If any of these materials are missing, product will be returned at customer's expense or customer's account will be charged accordingly. If an item is returned for credit and the complete contents of the product are not received it will have to be exchanged.
